How to Return an Item

ARBOR SNOWBOARDING RETURNS FROM EU COUNTRIES
We think our products rock but if you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t happy for any reason, simply return it to us unused and originally packed with your documents received within 30 days and we will refund your product.

Returns for orders from Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy and are free of charge from 150,- Euro order value. Please send a return request to eu_snow_info@arborcollective.com. Then you will receive a shipping label from us.
From all other countries the buyer bears the costs.
Please keep the receipt that you receive when you post the parcel. We will need it to trace your return if the parcel gets lost. Otherwise, we will not be able to process any refunds.
After we have received your product, we will check for any defects or damages first. After that we will process your refund depending on your payment method. For any assistance, please contact eu_snow_info@arborcollective.com.
RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES
Returns will be shipped at your own costs. We advise you to consult the relevant customs authorities before sending your order back. In order for us to receive your returned parcel, you must state to the delivery service that the parcel is a return of products recently imported and attach the import sales tax and duty receipt to the package.We will not accept a returned parcel without the import tax sales and duty receipt. Each delivery service has the information they need on their website to send a parcel back to the EU. You will find our EORI Number (DE7614810) on the invoice in the package.
When shipping a product back to us, contact the relevant customs authority and request the VAT paid back for the products you are returning. For more information about VAT and customs, please contact the relevant customs authorities.
Arbor Skateboards: Return & Refunds
Shiner LLC aims to deliver high quality Arbor Collective products to all of our online customers. Committed to customer satisfaction we aim to ensure all areas of the online store are hassle free with no risk. All skateboards sit under a Two-Year Warranty. If an item hasn't met your expectations, Shiner LLC will assess a return request within 30 days from purchase.
All sale items are Final Sale and therefore not returnable/exchangeable.
If an item can be repaired we will inform you via email and ship the repaired product back out to you via Express post – 3 day business day delivery.
If the product is to be refunded we will process the refund to the payment information you supplied to purchase your order. If a product is to be exchanged the replacement item will be sent upon return of the original item. Tracking information will be emailed once the product has been dispatched. There are no exchanges or returns for orders placed after 30 days of purchase. Please note Custom Orders are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect or there is a quality issue.
Conditions
If the goods sold do not meet the following conditions;
- Of merchantable quality
- Fit for the purpose you described
- Match the description given
- Are free of defects and faults
We may offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion. Refunds and returns for reasons other than the above, must be returned within 14 days of purchase at no return cost to you. We do not accept returns for sale items.
If goods are to be returned they must be in unused, as-new condition with packaging and tags still attached.
Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged from wear are not considered faulty.
Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colors, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Receiving A Refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account.
Important Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.arborcollective.com. As computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
